Finding Igneous Quill Online

Someday I'm going to tell the story of the origins of the name "Igneous Quill." Not today! For now I just want to let everyone know about the different sites I operate.

First, there's a static web page called "Igneous Quill." It exists only as a centralized location for my brief bio and links to places I'm active online. I update it rarely.

Second, I have the Igneous Quill blog, which of course you are looking at right now, unless you are reading this post in a feed reader or on my Facebook profile. This is the first site where I used the name, and I generally try to post something every weekday.

Third, you could have a look at the Cristo Invicto site on Wordpress. It can be found at both cristoinvicto.wordpress.com and igneousquill.org. I don't update this site often right now, but in the future I hope to do more with it. I'd eventually like to do some good in Brazil.

Fourth, there's a Ning community called "The Igneous Quill Tech Forum." Site members can make blog posts, participate in forums, chat with other members and form groups. Right now it's fairly quiet. It'll be what its members make it.

Fifth, if you are into Twitter, check out my feed at twitter.com/igneousquill. I mostly only post to it on weekdays, and I use it to share links to posts I find interesting. Usually articles about Linux interest me the most, so expect to see a lot of those in my Twitter feed.

There you have it. Please note that my activity with these domains has never been intended to draw debate or contention. If you are looking for that, please look elsewhere. I'm looking for like-minded people who are into open source technology and would like to do some good in the world (rather than just complain or opine endlessly about it).
